Leo Li has specialized in property management since 2018 and became a licensed Realtor in 2024. With a focus on residential and luxury properties across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver, Leo has extensive experience working with a diverse clientele, including celebrities, executives, and business owners. He is known for his personalized approach, attention to detail, and strong understanding of his clients’ needs.

With a background in Interactive Arts and Technology and a lifelong passion for the arts, Leo has played piano since the age of four. His creative background has shaped his appreciation for architecture, interior design, and visual presentation, allowing him to recognize the details that influence how a home looks, feels, and is experienced. He brings this perspective into both property management and real estate, particularly when presenting and positioning distinctive homes.

Outside of real estate, Leo enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. His interests include hiking, golf, snowboarding, basketball, swimming, and tennis. Whether exploring the outdoors or playing sports, he values staying active and continually taking on new challenges.
