Wes Li is a REALTOR® and licensed Rental Property Manager based in Victoria, British Columbia, serving clients throughout Greater Victoria and beyond.

With a background in mechanical engineering, computer science, business ownership, and real estate, Wes brings a practical and analytical approach to helping clients buy, sell, invest in, and manage residential properties. Having lived in several provinces across Canada, he understands that real estate decisions are not just financial transactions, but often important life decisions involving family, career, and long-term planning.

Wes is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds. He is known for his straightforward communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach, with a focus on helping clients make well-informed real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Wes enjoys motorcycling, travelling, and exploring Vancouver Island with his family.
