Panda Luxury Homes Ltd. ("Panda", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pandaluxuryhomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us or request a rental assessment, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and message.
- Rental applications. When you apply for a property, we collect the information you provide in the application.
- Property manager sign-in. Property managers and staff sign in to our admin panel with Google. We receive only the name and email address on the Google account, and use them to confirm who is signing in. We do not receive Google passwords and do not access any other Google data.
- Website usage. We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. These services may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and whether a form was submitted.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the right property manager.
- To process rental applications and manage properties on behalf of owners.
- To give property managers secure access to their listings.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the Panda property manager handling your enquiry or property, and with service providers who help us run the website, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, and the advertising services named above. These providers may store information outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.
